How do I book a surprise?
Browse our curated listings, select the perfect surprise, fill out the surprise brief with details about your recipient, and complete secure payment. We'll handle the rest!
When do I get charged?
Your card is charged immediately upon booking confirmation. Funds are held in escrow until the experience is completed.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations within 24 hours receive a full refund. After 24 hours, refund amounts depend on timing. See our cancellation policy for details.
Are sellers verified?
Yes! Every seller goes through our verification process. We check identity, credentials, and review sample work before approval.
How do sellers get paid?
Sellers receive 85% of each booking after completion. Payments are processed via Stripe Connect and typically arrive within 2-3 business days.
Can I track my surprise?
Absolutely! For in-person and character experiences, you can track live GPS. For gift boxes, we provide shipping tracking. You'll also receive photos after delivery.
