When do I get paid?

Funds are released 2-3 business days after booking completion. You'll receive 85% of the booking value directly to your Stripe Connect account.

Are there any hidden fees?

Absolutely not. The 15% commission is the only fee we charge. Stripe processing fees are included in that 15%.

What happens if a customer cancels?

Our cancellation policy protects sellers. Late cancellations may still result in partial or full payment to you.

Can I change my pricing?

Yes! Update your listing prices anytime from your seller dashboard. Changes apply to new bookings immediately.

Do customers pay extra fees?

No. Customers pay the exact listing price. No booking fees, no service charges, no surprises.
