Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using So Surprised, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this platform.
Platform Description
So Surprised is a marketplace connecting customers with sellers who provide surprise experiences, curated gift boxes, and character visits. We facilitate bookings and payments but do not directly provide the experiences.
For Customers
Booking Process
- All bookings are subject to seller availability and confirmation
- Payment is processed immediately upon booking
- You must provide accurate recipient information
- Changes to bookings must be requested at least 48 hours in advance
Cancellations and Refunds
See our Cancellation Policy for full details. Refunds are processed according to the policy in effect at the time of booking.
For Sellers
Commission and Payments
- Platform commission is 15% of each booking
- Sellers receive 85% of the booking value
- Payments are released 2-3 business days after completion
- All payments are processed via Stripe Connect
Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
- Circumvent platform fees or payment processing
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Post false or misleading content
- Violate intellectual property rights
